New Gleam Cleaning Services is fully insured, and we carry a Liability Insurance Certificate which is available upon request. This is just one more way we ensure you are satisfied with the services we provide.
Because of each client’s individuality, we don’t offer cleaning services that are “one size fits all” so, to provide the best accurate estimate, we will need to discuss your unique needs and understand your expectations and priorities in order to create a cleaning plan that fits your needs.
When you hire us, a team of professional maids will come to your residence to clean. We are pleased to provide all equipment, supplies and products required to complete the work.

Frequently Asked Questions

After discussing your unique needs and requirements and, based on the size of your home, we will determine how much work is required to complete the job and send the number of maids required.
For example, if your home is 3000+ sqft and you require a deep cleaning, we would come on a team of 3.  For homes 6000+ sqft we will come on a team of 4, this way we can share tasks and the cleaning will go more efficiently. If you choose recurring regular cleaning, a team of 2 maids will clean your home.

Yes, we understand it can be inconvenient to keep changing the team of maids each time, so we assign the same team for the same houses. In case one of the maids assigned to clean your home is sick or off on the day of your scheduled cleaning, we will let you know in advance to make sure you are okay with another maid.
To ensure maximum efficiency, we kindly ask that you pick up (toys/dishes/clothes) before we arrive, this will allow the maids easy access to areas and surfaces to be cleaned, for example, floors, tabletops, countertops, etc.
You don’t need to be home. Because we work on an 8 to 5 schedule, most of our customers aren’t home when we arrive. In most of these cases, we kindly ask that you provide access to your home (garage code, key, etc). We understand some of our customers work from home, and that is not a problem, we do our best to ensure we don’t interfere with your schedule.
No. We are pleased to provide all tools, supplies, products and equipment required to complete the work. If you have any preferences in regards to what cleaning products we use, feel free to let us know and we’ll do our best to work with your requests.
Because of each client’s individuality, we don’t offer cleaning services that are “one size fits all”. We will discuss your unique needs and requirements and create a cleaning plan for you. The cost of our services depend on the size of your home and amount of work required.
